Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM AEST, excluding public holidays.
  

• Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
  

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping (Within Australia)

• FREE Standard Shipping is available on all orders Australia-wide.
  

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service (e.g. Australia Post).

• Estimated delivery times: 

1. Metro areas: Usually faster delivery times.
2. Rural and remote areas: May experience longer delivery times.
