Return and Exchange

We want you to love your purchase from Walter Metal Art. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin, please include:

  • A copy of your order confirmation email

  • A brief note explaining the reason for the return/exchange and what you'd like us to do (e.g. refund, exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or store credit)

If you’re exchanging, please specify the item you'd like in return.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including:

  • All original packaging, product cards, and accessories

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items missing original packaging or showing signs of wear. Items returned in such a condition will not be processed.

Processing & Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges take approximately 7 to 15 business days to process once received.

  • If your requested exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

  • Store credit will be sent via email with a unique Store Credit Code.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping a proof of shipment until the return is confirmed.

  • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
